When you have signed a contract to use a service, you finally can get to use the service. In the contract is only written which data you are going to provide, but when you actually start using it you have to comply to your promise.
In above example configuration, this data passed to service named "Dashboard" with a signed contract "my dashboard". That contract is listed under my personal account, not an identity or group. Hence, the prefered values are taken from my account.
After you "Save" these values, you get directed to the service.
